Sony bought Crunchyroll from AT&T. Definitely a surprise. I don't know if Sony is going to make things better or worse for the paying customer, someone using it could probably pitch in. I don't expect any changes regarding anime availability in different countries so it's pretty inconsequential outside of like 5 countries.

If rates go up because of it, then I probably would have to cut something out of my bills to consider whether or not I want to continue using services to watch anime on either platform.
